Free worksheet · For independent hosts
Four metered subscriptions and the help you pay for both scale per door. This worksheet totals what your setup really costs at 1, 3, 5 and 10 units — then puts one flat price beside it.
Used by independent hosts managing 1–12 listings.

Channel manager, dynamic pricing, guest messaging and turnover app — a typical per-unit band, totalled at 1, 3, 5 and 10 units, monthly and annual.
Co-host and assistant costs scale per property too. They get their own column — sized so you can see your real operating total, never netted out as a saving.
The matching STR Squad level beside each portfolio size — one price per level, never per unit — plus blank rows for your own numbers and your own crossover point.
Hosts almost never compare the thing that actually costs them money. The debate gets framed as one piece of software against another, when the real number is the whole setup — four metered subscriptions, the spreadsheet that stitches them together, and the hours you either pay for or absorb. So we built a worksheet that adds it all up at four portfolio sizes and leaves blank rows for your own invoices. It deliberately contains no competitor pricing: if you want another company's rate, get it from that company.
Our side of the page is one number. STR Squad prices by level, not by door, so the price does not move when you add a unit inside your level — Solo starts at $149/mo flat and the ladder steps up by portfolio size. The live card is always on the plans page, and the worksheet says plainly where a flat price loses: at one door, four cheap subscriptions are cheaper, and we say so in the PDF.
